About Learn to Train
The Learn to Train Program aims to develop an athlete's passion for the gym that will last for the rest of their career. This is achieved through the development of movement patterns, speed, agility, power, strength, muscular endurance, balance, and coordination while in a competitive, yet welcoming environment that athletes can try, fail, and ultimately succeed in. The coaching staff at these sessions are passionate and ready to teach young athletes the importance of self-improvement and show why the weight room is the perfect place to begin getting better.
